Is there any way to create anything similar to this type of "light streaks" effects, eg youtube.com...
Would Bixelangelo help? Should you use particles?
Yes, I would draw the streaks in Bixelangelo, render them with the sketch layer, apply a texture with 3 lines and use an additive blending effect.

Thanks Michel. Wow - I'm struggling to get anything much like it! Don't suppose anyone wants to have a go and post a Bt file?!
The other thing that woudl help if if Bixelangelo could create a "3d" eps file!
