Beta v.12
RotateTowardsCamera.cfx is awesome in v.12.
So you are using the effect to make the pictures of the balloons look like 3D models. Great trick!
The current version only rotates the layer in the horizontal (XZ) plane. I think we need on option to rotate it fully in XYZ. This way you can also fly above and below it without revealing it's a flat picture.
