michiel and Alanan like this!

This is just an example of how easily you can use the BT Videowall tool to create a show.

This show was generated by the tool using just teh defaults that show when you go to the Videowall tool page, and then I just extended the length of the show, and did some simple animation on the container layer.

Because of the images used, the show exceeded the limits for the gallery, so I uploaded it to dropbox account.

Geez, is there nothing you can't do with this software? You guys are amazing.

Since it seems like the sky is the limit for creation, I wonder if you can make a dog catch it's own fart and paint it green.

Seriously tho, you guys are incredible, and I'm sure you're not told often enough how much you sharing your knowledge is appreciated.

I tried to do but can not get out videowallSphere,
which effect could tell me I have to use, I appreciate your
orientation. Thank you.

What do you mean with "can not get out videowallSphere"?

@Michiel

Maybe Jesus is expecting to get a show like the one in this thread direct from the VideoWall tool.

@Jesus

I created the show in this thread from a previous version the VideoWall tool, but the VideoWall tool just created a static sphere.

I then modified the generated show myself by animating the position of the "container" layer of the generated show.

So, I created the movement of the sphere ... the VideoWall tool did not produce the movement for me.

You have to consider the VideoWall tool as just a tool to make the starting point for a show. Once you have the show that the VideoWall tool creates for you, then you can customise it and make it move and look how you wish.

I sent some info to another user about hw to extend this show and use the animation, so I'm going to put those instructions into here as well.

When you put in a link to any image in a folder in the box that allows the videowall tool to link to the images in that folder on your pc. Once the show has been generated, if you look at any of the image layers and press F9, you will see that the image path is set to something like

C:\YourImageFolder\image123.jpg[2]
or
C:\YourImageFolder\image123.jpg[7]

The numbers in the [] will go from 0 to one less than the number of images in the show.

0=first image in folder in alphabetical order
1=second image in folder in alphabetical order
2=third image in folder in alphabetical order

Now,to learn a little about how to animate the show.

Use the show I supplied in the BT Gallery, and first of all, click the "Set Show Duration" icon (the clock icon) and increase the show length by 10 seconds using "Add to End". It will now be 25 seconds long.

Next select the container layer.

Go to the position property of the container, and in the time box above the timeline, enter 00:15:00 so that you can set a new key at 15 seconds. Click the "Set Key" icon (the round circle aove the timeline) so that we keep the same key settings as at present.

Now enter 00:16:00 into the box above the timeline, so that we can set a key at 16 seconds.

Now change the Position property 3rd slider from it's current value of -130 to 40, and you will see that you can see the whole sphere again.

Now enter 00:17:00 into the box above the timeline, so that we can set a key at 17 seconds.

Select the Rotation property, and change it from 360 to 420. That will make the sphere rotate.

Now enter 00:18:00 into the box above the timeline, so that we can set a key at 18 seconds.

Select the Position property again, and change the 3rd slider to -120 again, and that will make the camera "zoom in" into the sphere.

Use your mouse on the "Player Window" to pull the image that says "Maybe this show will help you get started" to the left a little to put it in the center of the screen. (or just set the 1st slider to about -12)

Now enter 00:23:00 into the box above the timeline, so that we can set a key at 23 seconds. Click the "Set Key" icon (the round circle aove the timeline) so that we keep the same key settings as at present. This will hold the show for 5 seconds looking at that image.

Now enter 00:24:00 into the box above the timeline, so that we can set a key at 24 seconds.

Now change the Position property 3rd slider from it's current value of -120 to 40, and you will see that you can see the whole sphere again.

Try playing the show now.

You can repeat the process above as many times as you wish extending the show, and "Zooming in and out" on different images.
