Hi, I have installed BT on my workstation, where it worked for a while and has stopped working, due to frame time-outs.

I tried to download the trial version onto another machine and then enter my keys to activate the pro version.

I'm getting an error at this new machine that says I don't have 3d graphics capability. Meanwhile, the machine has Windows 7, 64-bit OS, with 16 gigs of RAM and an NVidea Geforce gtx 570, 5200 graphics card. There was a native graphics card, but I disabled it.

I had a serious deadline this morning for a presentation for Monday, but the entire team is now at a standstill, waiting for some resolution to this issue. I hope that you can shed some light on this at the very earliest opportunity.

Thank you in advance
KW

update drivers?

nvidia.es...

If you are sure your hardware can do it, but the software says no it indeed must be a driver problem.

You can download the latest driver from the website of your video card's manufacturer. For example if you own a GeForce card go to www.nvidia.com and if you have a Radeon visit www.amd.com. Do not forget to install the driver after downloading.
