I want to export my show as an uncompressed avi with transparency, but it doesn't work. In the show, I have selected a black background - there are no plasma layers. What am I doing wrong?? I want to lay it over video in my video editor. Thanks.

Not all versions of all NLEs support transparent videos. Please consult the technical specs of your NLE. Tips for popular video editors can be found in the the user guide, the link is below.

An easy way to check the alpha channel of the exported video is loading this video back into BluffTitler by choosing LAYER > ADD LAYER > ADD VIDEO LAYER...

And at any time you can check the alpha channel of the current show by clicking in the 3D render window and pressing 'a'. White is opaque, black is transparent. Press 'a' again to go back to normal view.

I am unable to activate a create-as window when trying to export a .bt show to an .avi format.

I need the AVI or mpg2 format for my webbuilder HOMSTEAD software and to add to the timeline of my Corel Video Studio Pro X2 package.

My new show plays fine online in test mode in BluffTitler as a .bt file The show is a customized version of your template simulating the Universal Studios 3D globe annimation.

I need the .AVI or .mpeg2 format to load into my Homestead web site builder and my Corel VideoStudio Pro X2 editor package.

This should be a no-brainer, so I must be doing something stupid.

Help...
