Even an application as powerful as BluffTitler has its limitations...
In order to recreate this title effect I'm afraid you will have to dress your friends in red gym suits, write the letters on big papers and do some serious choreography :)

Well I guess you could make such an animation with BluffTitler, you only need a font named "The Benny Hill show, running in red gym suits" ;)
