if anyone want i can send the font I made with birdfont to use in bluff = rorypuz TTF

this way you get the edges and everything . so this is the point i was making with michiel earlier = solves issues doing it this way = quick and easy

so you have 9 pieces = ABCDEFGHI you can make the puz as big or many pieces as you want

Then map the texture using fx

I'd love to play with your font. A few demo shows would be nice as well!

A ZIP file can be attached to your community articles. You can place your fonts, textures and show files in this ZIP. No need to include files that come with the installer, like textures and effects because we already have those and Bluff has no trouble finding them.

thanks guys the zip file is there uploaded . with the demo bluff files . so Bluff treats the entire puzzle as one piece of text which is easy to manipulate

How do i use double sided FX on the puzzle pieces where the whole puzzle is one composite image?

Craig i am not sure what you are asking. does Bluff have a double sided texture is that it? i did see something that looked like that in the fx tab . otherwise a super strong back light to blow out the back or no back-light all front light so the back is black with a front light side on.

just keep in mind that with the texture map once you have animated you pieces always key texture size and position = all keys so that your texture moves with the puzzle pieces. BUT with the flexibility this will be "all keys" by default so you don't want this to be the same as the puzzle moves = you want the motion to have pace and pause SO CHANGE FLEXIBILITY for each key. the 4 P's = pitch pace power and pause can effect the flow in your video edits which is what you want.

I want to add another texture to the other side of the puzzle piece. When you change the FX to UVMapper it changes the way the texture behaves.
