Version, launched today, adds a small new feature that makes live easier when using reflections in the water layer.

The cubemap layer now has a REFLECT WATER style. When using this style, the position is automatically optimized for use in the water layer. This means that the reflections in the water always look good: you no longer have to manually finetune the POSITION property of the cubemap layer.

Another new feature: to make using cubemap and colourmap layers easier to use, the textures generated by those layers are rendered in the top right of the screen when you choose SETTINGS > Render info (F2).

This way you can easily inspect the generated textures.

The reflected letters are better readable when using smaller waves. In this screenshot the WAVES HEIGHT property of the water layer is set to 2.

When setting the WAVES HEIGHT property to 0, the sea becomes a flat mirror. In this case it's better to use the mirror layer.
