This effect can texture a 3D model that has no texture coordinates.
Normally the designer of the 3D model determines how the model should be textured by adding texture coordinates (also called "UV coordinates") to the model.
The beauty of this effect is that it can texture a model that does not have any UV coordinates. This way you can, for example, give Bix new clothes!
