I'm trying to make a 360 roller coaster ride with first person hands.
I have the camera attached to follow the sketch path. And a container with my hands attached to the camera. Everything works fine, until I add the 360 layer, then you can no longer see the hands. I tried uploading it into youtube to see if the hands show up once "injected" with 360 tech, but they don't. I suspect it's due to the way 360 controls the camera, and maybe it wont allow things attached to it. Is that correct, or is it something else?

Your hands are probably not part of the 3D world, for example by rendering them with a picture layer using the 2D IN FOREGROUND style (2nd dropdown below the textbox).

If a layer has no 3D position, it has no place in the 360° picture.

Question is: what should happen to the hands when you rotate the camera? You probably want them to stay in place, right in front of the camera. This is only possible by treating them differently. For example by overlaying them in 2D on top of the 3D 360° picture. Or by rotating them along with the camera. I don't know if there's a video format that can handle this. And also if YouTube supports this.

Set the 3rd style of the camera layer to RENDER 3D and only the layers that are part of the 3D world are rendered:

Thank you Michiel. I was afraid of that. And sure enough when I set the camera to Render 3D, the hands disappear, even without the 360 layer added. It was cool idea, but I'll just do it with out the hands.
