Since the video shorts like to loop on websites like YouTube. Why not make a perfect loop.
To get an animation to stop and start at the same position you can do the animations manually with the sliders.
Here's the download for the example template you can use however you want.

Vincent, creating a YouTube Short is as easy as uploading a portrait video (like 1080 x 1920) with a duration of less than 60 seconds. YouTube will automatically turn it into a Short.
I think what BluffTitler needs is a short in landscape format, but for some reason that does not exist.
