Here's an experimental effect inspired by BambamD's New music video:

It automates the process of making textures, adding a lot of picture layers and tuning them with the VJ dialog.
Installation
Unzip the attached file and copy Effects/VJ_MagicRing.cfx and Effects/VJ_MagicRing.png to the BluffTitler/Media/Effects/VJ folder
How to use
Apply the effect to a picture layer (press <F9>) using a square texture. Add an audio layer (Choose LAYER > ADD LAYER > ADD AUDIO LAYER...) and click the PLAY button.
Demo
A demo is attached that adds glow and particle layers. Select your favorite audio track when it asks for the missing MP3 file.
Experimental version
This is only a very first experimental version. Please let use know what should be changed and which features are missing.
Have fun
Have fun playing around with it. It's interesting to see how it behaves with different kinds of tunes!
Update 1
The effect now features an FX POINTS prop (the number of points) and an FX WIDTH prop (the width of the points: 1st slider lowest frequency, 2nd slider highest frequency).
You might have to clear your browser cache before downloading the new version.
