A fairly easy intro to recreate with BluffTitler using EPS and a video of blood as texture.
It looks really scary 👏😱👏
Instead of using a video, maybe a particle layer inside a colour map layer can also give good results.

Thanks michiel, I already use the colourmap with the video duplicated 3 times inside but indeed particle layer would do the trick.
