LostBoyz, Ulli, liuyongcai and 2 others like this!

Here's an effect that allows you to animate Bix's new friend EZ.

With the FX LEFT ARM property you can rotate, extend and move his left arm and hand.

With the FX RIGHT ARM property you can do the same with his other arm.

With the FX HEAD property you can rotate his head.

And with the FX EYE property you can control his pupil.

To use the effect perform the following steps:

1) press the ADD MODEL LAYER... button and choose EZ.x
2) press the CHANGE EFFECT... button and choose EZ.fx
3) play around with the FX properties

I've been playing around with this effect applied to other models, birds (seagulls and eagles), and found that it almost works.

I know that there are other FX effects like wings or dancing effects that work better on those models rather than EZ.x, but anyway the question is:

What would happen with effect EZ.x if it were applied to other models?

snafu, 8 years ago

Snafu, the EZ effect has been created specifically for the EZ model.

You can apply it to any other model or layer type you like. There's no harm in doing this, feel free to experiment. But I think chances are very small it produces something useful.

When I click on 'Play Show" my browser changes to some kind of code. How do I fix this? Thanks

Phil G, I wonder why you post your question here. Many articles feature a PLAY SHOW button, but not this one. Please post your questions at a relevant place.

But to answer your question, read the "Associate .bt files with BluffTitler" section on the help page:
