1. Is there a single fold effect to fold a picture once.
2. Can I get tekst on this picture (paper) that stays on the picture while folding?
Maybe the V11\V11_PageCurl effect is what you are looking for.
I advise you to draw the text on your picture in a paint app like Photoshop.

Or, maybe, as Michiel suggests, create the picture in your paint app, then split it in half. You could then place them side by side to look like one, but flip the one side over to make it look like it was folding?
