Hi Michiel,

You can fix load a preset.

I think that every time the Load Preset for Text changes only the text material, all other attributes remain unchanged and leave the previous Keyframe & attributes unchanged.

For example, I made a moving word then Load Preset then the text was added but the movement was lost.

A preset never contains keyframes. This article explains it all:

Yes this is by design.

To load a layer including all the keyframes, press CONTROL M. This merges 2 shows. After merging, delete the layers you are not interested in.
