Vince, just a few tricks about the film itself. Your method to build the images appearing on the film.

The principle is to create a vertical image (texture) of n frames.
You can create it manualy with any picture editor (photoshop or other) juxtaposing each frame to obtain fig 1 then i combine with fig 2 to obtain the film

Jeep35, here is the suite....
Then i create the sketch with Bixelangelo 4 using elements : successive turns increasing diameter + straight line + successive turns reducing diameter.
Finaly i use the texture on this sketch adjusting : repeating, size and position
You have to match texture position and size with sketch pen size.
