Tintin, Carlos Marques, snafu and 2 others like this!

Here's how to change the arrival city name position of template 10 of BixPack 20:
-select layer 24
-change the POSITION property

In the same way the position of the departure city can be changed:
-select layer 21
-change the POSITION property

The template can be found here:

OK Michiel, you change the names of the cities (Departure and Arrival) but don't change the flightpath itself.

Is there anyway to do this ?, there was a show sometime ago where changing the coordinates you could change the cities of departure and arrival, but I don't know how to do this here.

You can do that with the FX FLIGHT DEPARTURE and FX FLIGHT ARRIVAL properties of layer 10 (the plane) and layer 17 (the line)

Trying to change the flight departure & arrival locations as set out in the above instructions by changing Lat & Long etc, but can't seem to get it to work ... Departure Airport should be Manchester UK and arrival airport should be Detroit USA ...... Can ANYONE give me a step by step tutorial on how to do this ... It's for a trip to visit Hitsville USA - Motown

Many Thanks

Here's a page that offers longitude and latitude info of cities. According to this page Manchester is (-2,53) and Detroit is (-83,42). Note that - means west.

In template 10 the line is rendered with layer 17 and the plane with layer 10. Enter those numbers in all keys of both layers.
