To have an creative idea is sometimes simple. To get the pieces together and make the show that's totally a different proces.
This is the first result. But how to proceed...?

tips:
Use Eps rings and play with the bevel settings
Use "yourname" on rings with style circle and bounds setting (F2)
or
Names already written in the book with same look font as written "Love You" , so it can be uses as a template. you can use typeball effect to try and match curvature.
A rose in a small vase top left of the book instead of on the book, can be picture with RotateTowardsCamera.cfx, depends on camera movement.
And or Picture of couple in frame.
Use camera to make it more dynamic, let us see it's a 3d animation.
