I can not install windows xp potrace program.
anyone can help me
All you have to do is to download the zip file from the Potrace site, unzip the file and run the executable.
What you need is the "Precompiled distribution" for Windows. At the moment this file is called "potrace-1.8.win32-i386.zip"
