Yes, too many transparent elements is problematic. As the specification says, "There is no perfect and fast solution that works for all cases": registry.khronos.org...
Sketchfab does a good job, but still at some angles it is rendered wrong. BluffTitler also has trouble rendering the model.
But I think the original BluffTitler show with 3 x 3 x 3 = 27 layers rendering the 27 cubes is rendered correctly. This is because BluffTitler sorts the layers but not the submodels.

I don't know if you mean pivot point? Here's the template. Although the color texture layer export has warnings, it can still output the model. I deleted the beauty wink, the output model can not have gif, so it is not perfect.
