I assume it is called the Editing Panel and attach (hopefully) two screenshots. Mine, Version 17, and one from a Website Tutorial. Following the upgrade to Version 17, mine is missing those shortcut icons. Is that normal or is there a setting to get them back?
Maybe you have not closed the BluffTitler app before running the installer. This way, files can't be updated because they are locked.
So I would close all instances of BluffTitler and do a re-install.
