NextPreviousHomeAttach Particles to submodel?

Hi

First off, I love BluffTitler. It is an amazing piece of software.

I have a question. Is it possible to attach particles to a submodel of a GLB model and still view the entire model? I can chose the submodel using the submodel slider and attach particles to that, but then I can only see the submodel and not the whole thing. Would be great if I can attach particles to a specific part of a model to give the effect I want.

Thanks

I think I have answered my own question. I can do it like this:

Add the model layer and load the GLB, then create a container layer attached to that model. In the container layer load the same GLB and this time slide the submodel slider to the model I want, then attach particles.

Is there a better way?

Yes, that's the trick.

As a minor variation, I would attach the 2 model layers to the same container layer. Set the SUBMODEL props to x and -x and attach the particles to the first model layer.

With -x you render all submodels except x.
