What are the plus sign to the right of the attributes (like Text +)?
The plus sign means there is a change in the timeline for that particular layer.

A minus sign means that the property has a non-default value.
You can turn the plus and minus signs feature on and off in the SETTINGS > GENERAL OPTIONS... dialog.
