For information, the only solution that I found is a little long : I display each paragraph of the USER GUIDE (example: effects), I launch an impression by selecting the virtual printer (e.g. Acrobat distiller) which records a file .pdf. Then, with acrobat, I add all files .pdf to make only one handbook .pdf of it.
