Hi, How can i select all the keys at the same time so that if i clone a picture layer and want the anim to start at sometime later so is there a way i can select each keys at once?
You can move all keys of the active layer by pressing the INSERT TIME button while holding down the ALT key:

Take a look at the dynamic content feature. Using this technique you can create slideshows with hundreds of pictures without having to clone layers and move keys:
