NextPreviousHomeKeeping Point Light position

I have a show where the camera is rotating on its X axis. A series of Traced Pictures are also rotating with the camera. I want to have the Point Light acting as if it is aimed directly from the camera lens toward the center of the screen and doesn't move during the whole show. I'm sure this is simple but I just can't seem to work it out.

On a similar note, is there a way to have an object (i.e. picture) ignore the camera movement and have it always facing the front of the screen?

Any help is appreciated.

Point lights do not point at anything. Instead they emit equally in all directions.

I think you want to attach the point light to the camera layer. You can do that by making the camera layer the active layer and choosing LAYER > ATTACH LAYER > ATTACH LIGHT TO ACTIVE LAYER

That did the trick. Thanks!
