is possible start a video or audio layer at specific frame ?
It's very useful where the camera moves through different video
or if you want start an audio after another one !

Video files always start playing at the beginning of the show. Thank you for your feature request!
I advise you to export your titles with transparency info and do the mixing in your NLE.

Yes, I do it, but if I create different screens along a camera path it would be nice to start them when the camera comes close-up on the screen.

Yes, it's already on the 2do list!
For now, if there aren't too many, you could create special versions of the videos for use in your title.
