Just some tips for glass:

Set FX Lighting factor to 1.2
Set FX Reflection factor to 1.2
Set Specularity to 0.9999
Set Transparency to 0.5
Change (F9) texture reflectionmap to ReflectionMap_WhiteDots.jpg

now play with rotation.
