Is there a way to convert bitmap fonts created in Alphabix into TTF format ?

To my knowledge no. But why should you want to do that?

No, Alphabix can't export to TTF.
Export to OpenType-SVG (OTF) could be an option because that's probably going to be the industry standard for colour fonts.
But there are more. This page gives a good overview:
