I have a 2D logo, see attached. I'm trying to get it animated into a show to render a 3D "flying around and landing" type of effect. I see some awesome 3D shows that are installed with the app... is there a tutorial or a simple way of using my logo in one of the existing shows?
You could try something like this using the- UnfoldingMap.cfx in the effects under picture effects.

I can't find this effect. Where would this be located? What I open the picture by itself and then apply that effect?

That download is a small show with your picture logo (with transparent background) and the effect.
To find the effect yourself. Put your picture into BluffTitler. Click change effect. Click select effect. Open the Picture effects folder. Select "Unfolding Map"

I found the effect, selected it, but nothing happens when I hit the play show button.

Animating the POSITION and ROTATION properties of the picture layer is enough for a "3D flying around and landing" animation.
Here's how to do a keyframe animation in BluffTitler:

Maybe you can create something with this ideas:

Thanks everyone... I will experiment.
Filip - what effect did you use for that look?
Also - If I want to delete the white backround on the original logo, should I do that in Photoshop and save as a PNG which has a transparency? Or does Bluff have a utility built in to do this already?

BluffTitler does have chromakey, and you can change the color to work on white. However, due to your text also being white. I would recommend doing in it photoshop. Save as PNG or GIF.
