Does anyone have this effect that I need for a project. Thank you.
A DDS file is not an effect, but a texture. I do not have this specific file, but it sounds like a cube map with chrome and golden details.
The cube map that comes with the installer (Textures\Cubemap.dds) is pretty much in greyscales so it's easy to turn it into gold by adjusting the COLOUR prop. In this screenshot I've created gold by setting the COLOUR prop to (444, 333, 200).
Maybe by using this installer texture and playing with the COLOUR prop you can create the material your project needs.
