Je crois que je dois des explications suite à la gentille remarque de Filip.
Ma première idée a été de réaliser ce show entièrement avec BT. Ceci ma semblé impossible dans son état actuel ; aussi j'ai exploré les particules et physiques de Blender que je connais un peu.
J'espérais sortir un objet animé 3D, mais cela s'est révélé impossible, les particules du liquide sont calculées au fur et à mesure de l'animation par la physique du logiciel Blender ce qui donne comme résultat la modélisation du domaine et non du liquide, d'où l'obligation d'exporter en 2d sous forme de fichier AVI transparent. D'où la justification de la représentation du verre en 2D.
Par contre, les bulles pour les liquides gazeux ont été facilement modélisées avec BT uniquement. Il s'agit dossier "Bubble Emetter" du lien donné en description.

I think I owe an explanation following Filip's kind remark.
My first idea was to produce this show entirely with BT. This seemed impossible to me in its current state; also I explored the particles and physics of Blender which I know a little.
I was hoping to produce a 3D animated object, but this proved impossible, the particles of the liquid are calculated as the animation progresses by the physics of the Blender software, which results in the modeling of the domain and not the liquid, hence the obligation to export in 2d as a transparent AVI file. Hence the justification for the representation of glass in 2D.
On the other hand, bubbles for gaseous liquids were easily modeled with BT only. This is the “Bubble Emitter” folder from the link given in the description.
