BambamD, BluffTitler is not a video encoder. There are a few options in the DRIVERS tab of the SETTINGS > OPTIONS... dialog, but when you want full control, do the encoding in your video editor, like for example Magix Vegas.

SETTING>OPTIONS:
ON THE TOP RIGHT CHOOSE GPU OR SYSTEM DEFAULT RENDERIN.
ALSO BE SURE TO ENABLE MMPEG IN DRIVER MENU BOTTOM, AS YOU NEED TO ADD PATH TO IT, USUALY:
C:/FFmpeg/bin/ffmpeg.exe
