Your video starts super smooth and then at 0:28, after the intro scroller, the frame rate drops to 2 frames per second.
Maybe you have stretched your BT generated video in your video editor. This could explain the low frame rate, the slow animation speed and also the long duration of your video.
When a BT show has a duration of X seconds, make sure it also has a duration of X seconds in the final video.

yes indeed it looks that there is a video problem. However, the sound is good, which suggests a problem due to intermediate processing of the video file.

problem with laptop... hardware, to buy when have money some used similar.
is 60 fps in both programs, even bt even filmora... but can be filmora again they non stop fixing something.. will stick back to blackmagic resolve, think only works well..
