In Blufftitler I choose Picture show, change Texture show, select my own jpg Picture

, export it as VIDEO to Pinnacle studio 19, ultimate

When importing in Pinnacle from Blufftitler up comes: appears to be of a

size or type that is not supported.

I have done this successfully before but not now. What to do?

Regards

Can you send a screengrab of the error message? Max 1024 .jpg (clipping tool)

But I suspect that it is the empty audio layer, try to add sound file and see if error still occurs. If it doesn't there is something else causing it.

Try another File-format when exporting like the MP4 option.

I can't use Another format in my version 12.3.0.1. There is no mpg4 format
I can't open a file that has been exported to pinnacle: Appears to be of a size or type that is not supported

I can import videoclips from my harddrive, wmn format to Pinnacle without any problems

First thing I would try is to play the video in Windows Media Player. If this plays fine, the video has been exported correctly and the problem is Pinnacle.

I would use MP4 or uncompressed AVI. Those formats are best supported.

Do not export with transparency info. This confuses lots of players and NLEs.

And make sure the resolution and framerate matches your Pinnacle project. Choose FILE > SET SHOW RESOLUTION... to set the resolution. The framerate can be set in the FILE > EXPORT AS VIDEO... dialog.

I couldn't play the video in Windows Media Player. I reinstalled Blufftitler a couple of times., Reinstalled the computer to a previous time, I could drag the file in pinnacle to the Desktop and from there I converted it to a wmv format. Then I could import it to Pinnacle
Later I could also import an avi file into pinnacle from the desktop
Last but not least I could import the real way, from Blufftitler to pinnacle as I used to before, so the problem seems to have benn solved, But what really solved the problen I don't know

Thankf for your Quick try to help
Much obliged

I think that the problem is in the Video Codecs you are using.
