To slow the video down, you can download the video to your PC from YT using WinX YouTube downloader (free version available)
Once downloaded, you can play it back 'slower' using Windows Media Player

Thanks Mark,
I'll give that a try. In his video show it says available the 18th but now it's the 25th. I haven't seen where he is making it available for purchase, have you?

I got it downloaded but I don't see any way to slow it down using Windows Media Player

Its not ideal but in WMP you can:
1. Play a file, and then switch to Now Playing mode.
If you’re in the Player Library, click the Switch to Now Playing button in the lower-right corner of the Player.
2. Right-click an open space in the Player (such as to the left of the Stop button) , point to Enhancements, and then click Play speed settings.
3. Move the Play Speed slider to the speed at which you want to play the file, or click the Slow, Normal, or Fast links.
To select speeds between the labeled play speeds, in the Play speed settings dialog box, clear the Snap slider to common speeds check box.
4.To hide the settings, click the Close button in the Play speed settings dialogue box.

Visit his website:

You'll have to translate the page (there is a button at the top of the page...)
