Good afternoon. the waving flag show has a flag of Holland within in it. Can anybody let me know how the woven fabric look on the flag was achieved please? I am trying to create a flag of my own and would like to replicate the woven look to the flag. thank you John

You can do that with BT, overlaying a fabric texture. I assume that Photoshop plugins exit too.

Filter Forge has lots of fabric filters. I don't know the exact filter used for this flag, but it must have been something like this:
