I have a way to add transparency to a BT to GLB export. It's not what I had in mind, but this is it.
The flame picture was made partial transparent in a graphic editor.
In BT is it on the timeline with keyframes set in different sizes and to look 3d the picture uses the Media layer style 1 "Cyclinder". And is 3 times clone and rotated.
Good. At least it's transparent.
