Good afternoon and happy new year to all. My wife wants me to create an Instagram post for her, what size should I set the show for please? Cheers John
Instagram video resolution depends on the format, with common sizes being 1080x1920 pixels (9:16) for vertical Reels/Stories, 1080x1080 pixels (1:1) for square feed posts, and 1080x1350 pixels (4:5) for portrait feed videos, all ideally using MP4/MOV for best quality.

Michiel. I am obviously doing something wrong this is a portrait video I am trying to bring in but it comes in sideways. It does not happen with landscape videos the shows are both set to 1920*1080 and 1080*1920 and the same happens on both show resolutions.
