I'm working on a Blufftitler project, like a photo slideshow. The photos are coming from the bottom of a lake, but I don't know how to add water droplets running down them. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Maybe a smart particle layer trick can simulate droplets falling from a photo into the water. But if you manage to do so, it only distracts from the photos. So I would keep it simple and use a background photo (picture layer using the 2D IN BACKGROUND style with the 2nd dropdown), a mirror layer to clip and reflect the water and a picture layer for the photo.

Instead of using a background photo, you can use a background video.

Or a water layer:
