Why don't you use one of the SLICES bevel styles? (3th dropdown listbox below the textbox) and apply the ReflectionMap.fx effect?

I have attached a BenderDDS_Additive.fx to this article. Press the DOWNLOAD MEDIA FILES link above to download it.
The 1st texture must be a colour map. The 2nd texture a DDS cubemap. You do not have to use both texture slots.
