Possible Sketch Picture reflective floor fx?

Realize that you can create a mirrored version by:
-cloning the picture layer
-setting the ROTATION property to (0,180,0)
-moving the picture a bit downwards with the 2nd slider of the POSITION prop
-setting the TRANSPARENCY to something like 0.5
