I have two image layers, one with dynamic image, and one with a still image that has to be fixed background for the entire video.
Basically I want a still image in place of gradient of two colors of the plasma layer.
And 'possible to do this?
I tried to raise and lower the level, but does not change anything, one of the two images covering the other

In the picture layer you can select FULLSCREEN in the 2nd dropdown below the (disabled) textbox.
Maybe that's what you are looking for.
