Franco nice show, love the waffle texture. I tried to make an immitation and it works.
The Ice is made with bixelangelo and the waffle is:
In the middle a Picture layer with the Plane2Cylinder. cfx and on the left and right I used a line drawing loaded in an Traced Picture layer and the Horizontally revolved style with the same waffle texture.
The Ice cream at the left has an sketch layer style "Star". The other ones have a Circle style.

I did this tutorial because I was watching a video where they built it in Blender and I thought I could use the same system to do it in BT .... in fact!

@Franco, didn't see the tutorial, nor the download.
I saw it and downloaded the file today.
Almost the same approach.
I find the star style for the ice to much relief.
@Michiel is it possible to give the Star Style a Property slide to change the star...more points en te possibility to morph to almost a circle?
