Je cherche un tutoriel pour comprendre le fonctionnent du Rendu coordonnées Système .

When you choose SETTINGS > Render info, or press <F2>, some debug info is rendered including the coordinate system of the active layer.
In normal situations you never have to use this, so please do not worry about it: you're not missing anything.
