There are a few instances when BluffTitler annoys me:
1. When I load *.gif file The gif plays the first time from beginning, but when I go back on the timeline the gift starts somewhere else. I need to end the show and load another one to get it right again.
2. When I have particles with a longer lifetime and I Have them started halfway the timeline. And I start the show again from the start of the time line the last particles fade away The don't disapear directly.

Is this normal?

Yes, just save and refresh show (F5).

Particles are simulated with physics and random elements. They continue doing their thing when you stop playing the show or move the timeline. This way you do not have to press the PLAY button to see the result when you have adjusted a property.

The alternative way would be a fixed particle animation that stops animating when you stop the show and always does the same when you play the show. I think BluffTitler's system is much more fun.

If you want to start the show with 0 particles, set the EMISSION prop to 0 at the beginning of the show and wait until all existing particles have disappeared.

Animated GIFs start playing at the beginning of the show and are updated when you move the timeline.

Maybe you are looping your show. When the duration of your GIF does not match the duration of your show they are not synchronized in the next loop.
