michiel, Bragina, Doc6768 and 1 other like this!

Nothing "Earth Shattering." Just goofing around with a little smoke and sound FX.

Jim, when linking to a vimeo video, make sure you start the URL with "http://www" or else the video won't be embedded.

Nice smoke effects. It blends nicely with the orange glow!

Thanks Michiel. I know you told me about that www trick, but I couldn't remember.

Nice Jim. What did you use to create the smoke fx?

BibleBible, 10 years ago

Smoke was added via Video CoPilot's Action Essentials pack - prekeyed video effects. Nice stuff.

Jim,
I am relatively new to BluffTitler. Can someone explain how layer8 Halo (Aura) is created?
Thanks
Everett

To find out what makes a layer ticking, press F9. In this dialog you can see which texture and effect the active layer is using.

The F9 dialog is the most important dialog of the application. The same dialog is also displayed when you press F8 or choose MEDIA > CHANGE EFFECT... or MEDIA > CHANGE TEXTURE...

Michiel thanks for the reply. I don't understand how the layer gets named halo. F9 gives me the texture file name is circle1.png and the effect is Nonlightenen_Additive.fx. Where does the name halo get generated?

Choose LAYER > ACTIVE LAYER PROPERIES... to give a layer a name.

Thank You!
