Anybody knows how we make this effect in Blufftitler:

After a lot of experimenting I get this
I don't think the Freepik picture is embossed. It looks more like a few holes in a plane. Soft shadows help with the contours.
In this screenshot I used a vector layer rendering an EPS created with Bixelangelo, traced from a screenshot from BluffTitler.
