SparkyVegas, Kauzito, IntroChamp and 9 others like this!

Here's what we're currently experimenting with: BT shows as video textures.

On the screenshot you can see the show Cubemap\ from the current installer, played as a texture in a picture layer, an EPS layer and an experimental waving flag layer.

The show is rendered to a texture and this texture can be used as a colourmap by all effects and layer types.

In the current version, the same effect can be achieved by exporting your show as a video file and using this video file as a texture (in the F9 dialog by clicking on the SELECT TEXTURE... button). This way however you have to re-render your show every time you want to change a text or picture. In the new system you can skip the extra render step and play BT shows directly and in realtime as video textures in your shows!

Do you mean extension .BT has been added to .MOV .AVI .WMV etc in video selection dialog box ?

I assume a saved .bt file,

So can you have 2 BT windows open, one with the import BT and one with the export BT, and every time I save the export .BT with changes and refresh the Import BT I would see this changes?

Thank you all for your feedback!

Constantly having to switch between shows is not very efficient. One solution could be to merge the external show with the active show and give it its own parent layer.
